This bollard on the corner is too small

This bollard on the pavement has caused enormous damage to our vehicle due to it being so low down. The cameras on cars do not see it as it’s so low and having been pushed into a position on the road where I had no choice to go by an oncoming vehicle I then drove into this bollard. Please CHANGE it back to the larger posts all along the rest of the road. Apparently this is a weekly occurrence. Please help.
