Blocked drain

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This drain has been blocked ad infinitum - I keep reporting but nothing happens. When it rains a massive puddle forms - deep and at night cannot be seen readily and given cars speed at 60mph in the area at night - a serious accident waiting to happen. The flood waters also hide an ever deepening pothole as well around the ironworks of the grid.
