Holloway down to B480 nasty surprise

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

You need a rd sign to alert traffic flowing from Holloway and along b480 that the rd has been hazardously narrowed to facilitate an ill positioned cycle quickway shortening the length of the rd space between sets of traffic lights. soooo many people are then left blocking the flow of traffic travelling away from cowley along the b480 leading to hazardous positions being negotiated to respond to green lights and police vehicles finding it tricky to manoeuvre round awkwardly placed vehicle unaware of the narrowing until theyve commited
