Incorrect Speed Limit Sign Installed

Reported via desktop in the Traffic Signs category anonymously at 12:01, Saturday 15 February 2025

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The wrong speed limit sign has been installed coming from Chiselhampton towards Stadhampton.

When leaving the Chiselhampton 20mph limit there is a 30mph change of speed sign - this is incorrect based on all other signs and road markings.

Slightly further along this road there is a 40mph repeater and then as you enter Stadhampton there is another 30mph change of speed sign, this confirming you are entering a different speed zone.

Coming from the other direction the road (and signs) are the correct speed of 40mph after leaving Stadhampton, before entering Chiselhampton.

This has been incorrect since the 20mph limits were introduced a couple of months ago
