Blocked road drain by Buttercross

Drain packed to the top with mud & debris. Saw a number like this in the town, down Market, High & Bridge Street. Suggest this problem is looked at holistically and all drains are cleaned & interconnecting pipework cleared to ensure the road drains do what they are designed to do.
