Sewage draining from property

As reported before, waste water is draining from two gates of a property that exits onto the shared cycle/pedestrian path. It’s unsanitary and if it freezes, it’ll be really dangerous. I reported it before and you replied saying it wasn’t present when the team checked so photo now attached.

We are pleased to inform you that the Parish or Town of Lye Valley is scheduled for gully emptying in the first quarter of this financial year. While severe weather may cause delays, we are committed to thoroughly cleansing all Highway Surface Water Assets in the area within this timeframe.
