Supposed to have been fixed but not - horrendous noise

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Traffic goes over the manhole and the noise it horrendous .. it is soo loose can hear it through my double glazing.. URGENLY NEEDS ATTENTION

  • Thank you for your report. After inspecting the area, we’ve determined that the damaged apparatus is owned by a utility company. Additionally, we’ve initiated a Section 81 notice to inform the responsible utility company, urging them to address the issue promptly.
