The drain on the corner of Crowell road does not discharge water , it has been like this for 3-4 years , the drain discharges into the wood, it needs cleaning out , any debris sucked out , it’s simply failed due to lack or no maintenance, when it rains this area floods , when it freezes this area becomes lethal ,

This is a simple fix of just cleaning and servicing a manhole and discharge drainage This area area floods and makes it very dangerous Plus it’s effecting local business with clients not wanting to travel along this road and local traffic The local highway authority has a duty of care to maintain the safety of roads and pavements under the Highways Act 1980
