I think this is the forth year in a row - I have repeatedly reported this flood through each of those years, with my reports being deleted. Impassable on foot to get to the local shops. Car damaged, caused from the flood water. The road either side of the flood water has suffered - now delaminated and potholes a plenty. The verge is destroyed. Service this area and clear the drain. Extremely dangerous with vehicles having to drive against the flow of traffic to avoid submersion - particularly hazardous on this bend.
