Archway stonework in very poor state
Reported via desktop in the Roads and Carriageways category anonymously at 11:38, Monday 10 February 2025
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
This problem has been previously reported by someone else, but I can see no response to her report of this issue, which was over 8 months ago. The poor state of the archway was revealed when the Council removed the ivy which covered it. Today I have passed the archway once more and must mark this as urgent as the structure looks as if it may collapse. This requires URGENT attention. Please can this be actioned and can a representative of the Council please respond and update as to when the repairs will take place.

Hello. There has been no response to my report of the poor state of repair of the archway at The Green, Adderbury in February. This problem is getting worse and requires very urgent attention as the archway is in danger of collapse. As previosul;y reported the problem was exposed when counccil workers cleared ivy away fromt he archway last year. The archway was also previously repaired by the County Council around 15 years ago but as you can see requires urgent attention.
