In front of hedge outside number 3 Hardwick Road,Hethe.As a result of the blockage the road floods after heavy rain causing a flood which is a road safety hazard.This is the 3rd time I have reported this and the job has been closed as completed twice despite nothing being done.Please can someone actually visit and resolve. Many thanks
