2 problems: insufficient drainage or blocked drain AND a water pipe from Pub which draind onto sloping pavement !

From photos you can see blocked drain at corner of Southern Road and High St. Thame. OX9 It is like this very frequently and has been so for at least 2 years. Not so obvious is drain from Rising Sun Pub onto sloping pavement . In icy conditions it is very slippy. My neighbout broke her ankle there last year - very painful and in wheelchair for 3 months
