Mud on road from farm traffic

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

Thick mud on road for the last week, coming out of a farm track from the field, just after the slip road coming from Cumnor joining the junction coming on to the A420. Very slippery especially after the wet conditions today
