Deep ledges on recently resurfaced lane

Cross’s Lane down to Brook End is narrow, steep, and with blind bends. It is impossible for two vehicles to pass and extremely difficult to reverse. The recently (April 2024) resurfaced road has several one foot deep ledges making it very dangerous in the dark if these are not seen, and impossible to pass another vehicle . I use this lane regularly in the evenings. Tractors have chewed up the sides of the lane so deep mud causes further problems. Please could the edges be urgently resurfaced and passing places created ?
