Branches falling, roots making footpath uneven

Some maintenance and clearing needed, please. Three trees here (west to east): 1. Wild Cherry, hanging over the road and footpath, losing branches when the wind blows; some get stuck in the tree, may fall down at any time. Footpath raised (hard to spot at night) by at least one root. Several large fungi on the trunk. 2. Hop Hornbeam, mis-shaped by the Cherry and by the Sycamore on the green, but dangles down to head height on the path in summer. Drops part branches (possibly one on the ground at present) which are not as thick as those from the Cherry. An interesting tree which may not be able to flourish just where it is. 3. Silver Birch. Unremarkable, in fair condition unless it goes the way of two younger ones close by on the edge of the green which have horse hoof fungus.
It has been a windy season so far but odd branches have come down from time to time before that. The fallen wood is in the way or can be dragged across the footpath by passers-by (I have dragged it off) and I hope it can be removed. What has not yet fallen needs maintenance, please. The Cherry may have outlived its usefulness.
