Graffiti on bridge columns

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

This has been reported before - can something be done about the increasing amount of graffiti on the columns under the by pass bridge. The longer this graffiti is left the more defacing of the columns is carried out. Many thanks
