Flooding on road due to blocked drains and gullies

The drain in Springfield Avenue, right by the crossing (actoss the BGN school gate) is blocked. Please see the picture taken today. The road gets heavily flooded after just a little rain. You have to wait for cars to pass underwise you get splashed badly.
