The land outside number 23/25 and 27 shute avenue, grass needs cutting

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

For some reason when speaking to our local parish and council they are always curious as to who is responsible for the land out of the front of the houses mentioned. We normally have a contractor from the council but they only cut on end of this stretch of grass and leave the middle area untouched. It is overgrown, messy and a danger to the kids that can sometimes play there. Please can a contractor be instructed to do the whole part of the land?
