This is a fast main road. It is unlit. Frequent flooding as roadside drains completely blocked and verges higher than road surface. Vehicle debris scattered along both verges (the entire bumper is now gone!). In the dark this flood is impossible to see. WHY IS NOTHING BEING DONE?

  • Thank you for proactively bringing the drainage issue at Over Norton to our attention. Your vigilance helps us maintain the quality of our highways. We are pleased to inform you that the Parish or Town of Kingham, Rollright and Enstone is scheduled for gully emptying in the third quarter of this financial year. While severe weather may cause delays, we are committed to thoroughly cleansing all Highway Surface Water Assets in the area within this timeframe.
