Large amount of concrete soiled over road markings
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
There is a large amount of concrete that’s been spilled over the road markings, and it’s dried. Its been like this for months as I see it when i drive though the village but through it would have been reported and resolved by now.
