  • Because the drain is completely blocked, the water which should flow down it, is eroding the verge on the corner, dumping debris and soil on the bend of the road, and flowing down the main road which has no pavements.

  • This problem is getting worse causing extensive road errosion damage AND causing flooding of lower Fawler as next drain downstream is also blocked.!!! This drain has been reported many times before but is never fixed. The last time I reported both drains blocked I received an email 6 months later stating that as it's been 6 months and not fixed reports were cancelled!!! I still have emails and am in process of reporting this inaction to my MP.

While severe weather may cause delays, we are committed to thoroughly cleansing all Highway Surface Water Assets in the area within this timeframe.
