Blocked pipe

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The public pipe that takes the rain water from my property is blocked. I need to have the drain identified that takes the rainwater from my property (down through my ground) to a disposal point. It is blocked causing drenched ground at my property which caused a flood where water rose up through the ground of my house. I need this checked ASAP please. Having been flooded I realise that this has been an ongoing issue over the last two years. Property address: Gable End, Kencot, GL7 3QX
