Road blocked by flooding (2nd time this year and it is still January)

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The gullies are not cleared and the road surface is too low so any time we get more then minimal rain, it floods. When we get heavy rain, like today, the road becomes impassable.

The level of the road surface needs to be raised 6-12 inches.
