Flooding of access to my property

This problem recurs after each significant rainfall. The problem is a blockage somewhere further down Cadogan Park which is preventing the flood draining away. A very recent attempt to clear the grids has failed to solve the problem. The flood lasts over a week and prevents me, and other elderly residents, accessing Woodstock on foot for medical and shopping purposes. Please locate and solve the source of the drainage failure.
