Road surface in terrible condition

Look how many defects are in this road surface. I know this will be closed with a generic update statement but I would like the road inspector to explain how to safely ride a bike down this road when you have an Amazon truck overtaking you. There’s no safe bit of road surface here to ride on if there is any traffic around you and this road is very busy now as any delay on the a420 drives hgvs down this road.
