Shed load of ballast

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

It is unclear why you closed my previous report, whilst a long time has passed since reporting this balast strewn over the cycle path and most of it has been knocked away by users of the path there remains sharp lumps of ballast on the path when checked this morning.
