Hedge has fallen into road

There are 2 sections of hedge within 50 metres of each other that have fallen onto the verge and partially into the road. The 1 hedge destroyed my side mirror while overtaking a vehicle early this morning. This is very hazardous and could easily result in an accident, if users try to avoid them. I have not taken photos as this would pose a safety risk to myself and other road users at the location.
