Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There are many potholes on this stretch of Otmoor Lane with no chance of avoiding them. Going downhill, they start immediately after a bend so no chance of seeing them early or avoiding the worst of them especially when they are full of water. The problem has become worse over the winter.
