Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Over grown hedge, at 149 Oxford Road, so dangerous tat this morning a black car came shooting out of the driveway and did it not stop to let myself, my wife and child by . Instead continued onto the road and sped off. This hedge and the neighbouring hedges are over grown and are potentially causing this dangerous issue. I will be reporting the driver separately to the police as well.

    Seems like a little trim may have been attempted at the lower end of the hedge ,but it’s still sticking out obstructing the pavement , making less area for pedestrians to walk on as now cyclists at are also using the pavement to ride on . It’s dangerous .
