Noisy Manhole Cover

Reported via mobile anonymously at 10:45, Monday 13 January 2025

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council 1 minute later

There is a very noisy manhole cover outside The WHITEHOUND DEVELOPMENT on THAME upper highstreet, it has only just been replaced, so it is not wear and tear. It is so loud people in the development are having difficulty sleeping. Please can you investigate the problem and find a way of mitigating the noise?
