Thank you for proactively bringing the drainage issue in Thame Road to our attention. Your vigilance helps us maintain the quality of our highways. We are pleased to inform you that the Town of Thame is scheduled for gully emptying in the fourth quarter of this financial year. While severe weather may cause delays, we are committed to thoroughly cleansing all Highway Surface Water Assets in the area within this timeframe. Your report has been closed, and we are dedicated to taking the necessary actions promptly to address the issue. Ditches are the responsibility of the adjacent land owner and if the ditch is causing the issues the team will liaise with the land owner.
