Smell of raw sewage

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

For half a year every time I walk along this bit of road it smells of raw sewage. Day and night It seems to central to number 501 Burlington Crescent In terms of location. Very unpleasant. I have to smell it on the way to the bus stop twice a day. It's too much.
