Updated by Oxfordshire County Council at 19:49, Friday 10 January 2025

  • Thank you for your report.

ODS grit arterial routes within the city on behalf of Oxfordshire county council.
Off-road cycle routes and pedestrian footpaths are not pre-salted, as there are not the resources to carry this out.
Our protocol is to respond to reports.
where resources allow ODS will check the location and install Ice warning signs or close the road / Footpaths as necessary.
ODS do sometime carry out Adhoc treatment if we have the resources and it’s deemed necessary on untreated roads and footways. We may also place out ice warning signs.

    State changed to: Investigation complete
