Completely blocked solid street drain/gully causing flooding.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This is the fourth time I have reported this in recent months and absolutely nothing has been done. This blocked drain regularly causes a large area of flooding. Perhaps we can send Oxfordshire County Council the bill when the flooding reaches our garden and house. It's only a matter of time. Either that or you can deliver the equipment to do this and I'll do it myself. Seriously...
