2 x potholes on slip road from a40 towards Oxford services

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Not safe to photograph but 2 potholes in line at the top of the slip road- difficult to avoid due to position of them- causes a significant jolt to the car if hit. Noticed 6.1.25
