Home owner is placing cones on public highway.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

The homeowner is attempting to block parking on a public highway by placing cones in the road. The coned area does not restrict access to their driveway or have any markings to indicate parking is restricted.
