The whole junction need fixing

The whole road surface next to the T-junction is falling apart, there are numerous manhole covers of various sizes all risk becoming damaged. All the HGV traffic coming out of the industrial park isn’t helping the issue. You end up driving on the otherside of the road to avoid all the damaged surface.
