Roads breaking up and 2 potholes

The road is breaking up and potholes are appearing. Cars have to stop and give way to on coming traffic to avoid hitting the largest one, The road narrows and there is also a sunked manhole cover on the opposite side of the road, that cars are trying to avoid.
