Flooding - blocked drains

Sirs, I have reported this god knows how many times now, and nothing has been done. I was told someone would be out to clear the drains - and it would become a regular thing, like it used to be. NOTHING has been done, and now the road is going to ruin. There is even a cone put in the hole. The county’s drains are a disgrace, and causing problems everywhere. This needs to be gotten on top of. Last time I warned that I would start proceedings for damaged equipment within my garage, this didn’t seem to do anything, so please tell me where I send an invoice to for damaged stuff - I am sick of this keep happening.
