Already marked but is still waiting for repair action. Not sure if iron is cracked but making loud bang noise under bus or car wheels. If is still safe needs to be assessed.

    Hi I’m an openreach engineer who has attended a damage report 92-94 high street, Oxford, OX1 4BJ. The damaged manhole lid is not telecoms. It is dangerous to members of the public and needs addressing ASAP. I suspect this maybe a power company’s manhole.
