Pavement is cracking and breaking apart

Outside #8 a skip lorry (collecting from #11) parked up on the pavement some months ago, and the weight cracked the ‘rubbish’ new pavement topping. A pothole on the pavement has in the last month developed as the pavement is breaking up. This needs to be repaired, as a young child on a balance bike fell off after going over the uneven surface.
