Surface water drainage blocked and water coming out of gully. Surface water travelling on carriageway to next gully which was also blocked at surface level. Cleared gully grating with foot at surface level however drainage network requires jetting and clearing to the surface water drainage ditch. Lets of splashing over pedestrians and cyclists using the adjacent shared use footway/cycleway.
