Extreme flooding on national speed limit road on a bend

Every time there is a fair amount of rainfall this section of road floods so severely that it almost covers both sides. The worst area is on the inside of the bend as you would be driving towards Goring from Crays Pond. The road is national speed limit and as this is on a bend it can be really dangerous. Even signs warning before the area as a temporary measure before permanent fixture would be beneficial. Issue has been present for longer than I've lived in the area (4+ years).

We are pleased to inform you that the Parish or Town of Goring is scheduled for gully emptying in the fourth quarter of this financial year. While severe weather may cause delays, we are committed to thoroughly cleansing all Highway Surface Water Assets in the area within this timeframe.
