Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
124 Cumnor Hill, at each end of the property there are shrubs and brambles overhanging pavement so low that it is impossible to walk through. It is necessary to move into road and quite difficult to see cars coming around the bend. I frequently walk with a child in a pushchair and it is unacceptable to have to go into the road. These shrubs and brambles should be cut right back.
