  • Oxfordshire CC have responded via Fix My Street saying this is not their problem and I should report to Cherwell Council.

However on the Cherwell Council site; flooding, road issues, pavement issues are all the responsibility of Oxfordshire County Council.

So please either deal with this blocked drain or give me the name of a person or department at Cherwell Council that is covering this issue and an explanation as to why it is their responsibility not yours.
