Temporary traffic signals not working

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There are temporary traffic lights on this section of road which have not been working for a number of days.

At night it is dangerous as the road is unlit and there are cones strewn across the road where you wouldn't expect them.

I can't see that the works are permitted on one network
