Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Here we go again, this is an ongoing problem which seems to have still not been resolved. The problem was reported back in November when we experienced a cold spell. The road surface froze over resulting in several minor RTC’s . There is still standing water and now mud on the road, the surface has again frozen over and already this morning someone has had a mis-hap.
