Hedge over footpath

Hedge is well overgrown forcing children to the edge of the path with trucks and tractors passing close by. The grass on the path shows how long this has been going on for as no one has been able to walk close to the wall. Needs a serious cut back to behind the wall (not level with it) as it is a repeating problem. Location is w3w.co/polar.mass.verve
