Gully all blocked
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
Since the new houses (Stock Road/Welply Rd) have been developed the gullies on the carriage way either side of pickenfield are blocked and over grown - the developer made no attempt to clean up mess from all the lorries - now prevents drainage and lots of extrt growth and debris when turning.
