Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

My husband uses powered wheelchair and is unable to safely pass alongside the path due to overgrowth. Is is being denied access to the highway and this is significantly impacting negatively on his quality of life as it is restricting his movement in the local environment. Please remedy this as a matter of urgency.

  • Thank you for your enquiry. I have sent a letter to the owner of the hedge requesting that it is cut to the back edge of the footway. i have also requested street cleaning from Cherwell District Council to sweep the footways, this should make them a lot wider.
